Originally from Elkford, BC, Megan is an all around amazing woman, she's a mom of two adventurous little boys Ben (6) and Zander (4), and zookeeper to 2 incredibly cute dogs Cooper and Missy, and one friendly calico cat called Salem, as well as a wife to her lovely husband Adam. When her oldest son Ben was three, he was diagnosed with PDD-NOS (autism), and although this was a new adventure to embrace as a family, Megan took it in stride. Working as a health care aide Megan already possessed the caring attitude her family would need, and her son inspired her (and continues to do so) to be a better person. She truly lives the motto, "Live everyday as your last, and cherish every moment." Because of this, Megan is an incredibly friendly, outgoing and welcoming person to be around, and that caring attitude is what fuels her business!

Megan loves helping people, and she always has! Spray tanning has given her the opportunity to help countless people and she says, "I love making people feel comfortable. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing the look on my customer's face after an appointment! Getting a spray tan gives you a boost of confidence, and a glamorous glow." She started her mobile tanning business as a way to get out of the house and meet new people and to push herself to do something new, and her thriving business just proves she has met those goals, and more! As a completely customer service oriented individual, Megan also loves going the extra mile for her clients. She recently had a client who was allergic to aloe, and was able to find and introduce her to an aloe-free tanning product, and she's been known to tan bridal parties until 4am; she really does go the distance.
What happens during a spray tan?
Many of you may remember Ross from Friends and his terrible spray tanning experience, gosh how far spray tanning has come since those days! With a custom airbrush tan, Megan caters the tanning directly to your body and skin type. Before your appointment you'll need to shave or wax, shower, and exfoliate. You also should not wear any make-up, creams or oils as they can act as a barrier and your tan will not adhere to your skin properly. Also be sure to wear dark and loose fitting clothing for after your spray tan experience! Megan says, "When you get to your appointment we will discuss your skin type and what kind of look you desire, as to how dark or light you want to be. I'll also ask you a few questions to determine the pH of your skin and whether or not I should use a body polish on you. Then I will place these funny sticky feet on the bottoms of your feet to prevent any solutions adhering to the bottom of your feet. Then I'll rub barrier cream onto the plasm of your hands, fingernails, toenails, and any dry areas as this prevents the solution from adhering to those parts of your body, and prevents any darker patches from dry skin. You'll then stand in the tent while I explain the poses to you, and in just 20 minutes you'll have the most glamorous glow!"
